   Requirements:

1.  Has to be an anime related site.
2. Must have a good layout and it must be original. (easyly navigated)
3.  Must update as much as possible. Even if it's only for a check up. (at least 3 times a week perfered)
4.  Must have some proof of hits. (Stats4all,etc.) (hits really don't matter to me)
5.  Must put my banner on every page of your site and I will do the same.
6.  I must like your site.
7.  Must have a friendly webmaster and/or staff.
